vishruth and I are 3 weeks into building. What we have : A cursor guide that helps find things in a product. A dashboard with simple preview guide, edit and audience features.

We talked to Commenda HQ(cross border tax compliance) What we got out of it is. A SMB company wouldn't wanna use us because, if a small company needs a layer on where to find stuff then they have bad UX. So it only makes sense for large and complex softwares.. whatfix shows that direction.
We are not live yet on craze. Collecting usage data there could give some idea. Craze has like 1000MAUs
cursor guide for SMBs contradicts SMBs having good UX
So what should be the next step. One of the things all of these companies like HR, Accounting, CRMs want even projecting to age of AI is a way to communicate on how things work in their product, today it is to have up-to-date product docs, videos.. Which is where cleuso is innovating by making it easy to create them.
Is there space for a proactive feature explanation + guide is what I'm wondering.
For example : Run end to end Payroll on Craze.
Basic steps like Payroll > Pay runs etc.. But that doesn't solve the problem of conveying what batch payments mean and how do they decide on what things to batch ... For which they have to go to a help doc to understand.
side note, if once a customer understands that feature then that doc is not needed for them.
Innovate on a new way of Proactive Help + Explain
Another route to take is become a all-in-one customer support. That would mean chat, knowledge base, ticketing etc.. and also for whom? all the traditional customer support needs to be just re-thought in the ai world.. (I have no answer to what that rethink looks like)

If we stick to Cursor Guide creation.. Assuming larger more complex enterprises want this (Whatfix is the signal for that) then work on \
- the technical side of autonomously creating guides, updating with product changes, browser-agents/ai that all is in the picture
- Making the guide more intelligent, not be too sensitive for simple text changes.
- get 5 smbs to use us, have them on our landing page to get the enterprise deal.
Coming back to the question of what should we work on that will get us closer to truth, closer to pmf.. I need to answer as of April 12, 2025 what should we work on this week and the next.
- Getting Live on craze | Deepith wants search feature, audience feature
- In parallel onboard 3 customers with what we have | Figure out the automation part.
- The tough un-answered question should prbly come from usage.. A simple answering question using existing docs, guiding users through the product, Announcements etc..
My rebuttle to automation is that, Even with 5 smbs and onboarding enterprise software.. We can in a matter of minutes create a flow as requested, cause doing so doesn't take much long. Automating something for the sake of using the agent tools feels backwards to me.. A clear signal for read to go flows should drive our browser-agent automation stuff.. As long as we can do it we should do it.
